Our Staff
Yaritza Barboto has been the director of the Rayito de Sol center in Minneapolis since 2022. She has been part of the center’s team since 2018, where she has held various roles, including classroom assistant, classroom teacher, and responsibilities in the operational and administrative areas.She holds a degree in Business Administration and is a certified Child Development Associate (CDA), qualifications that have enabled her to strengthen her knowledge and skills in both the field of education and in the management and administration of early childhood centers.
Throughout her career at Rayito de Sol, Yaritza has distinguished herself through her commitment, leadership, and dedication to early childhood education. Her experience in different areas of the center has allowed her to develop a comprehensive view of educational work and strengthen her ability to lead teams, support families, and create a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for each child’s development and learning.
