Our Staff
Vanessa Valencia, a Chicago native from the Pilsen neighborhood, has dedicated more than 10 years to the field of early childhood education. She holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has spent the past three years in administration, where she enjoys building strong, lasting relationships with families. Inspired by watching her mother work in an after-school program, Vanessa discovered her passion for working with children at a young age and has carried that enthusiasm throughout her career. She loves witnessing children’s “lightbulb moments,” encouraging their natural curiosity, and helping them develop the foundational skills that will support them for years to come. Her commitment to children and families helps create a welcoming, supportive environment where every child can thrive.
