General Requirements:
- Must meet NAEYC, DHS and DCFS guidelines for teachers and assistant teacher
- Have a CDA certificate
- Have a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in education or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Must be willing and able to pursue higher education in accordance with NAEYC
- Must have current and/or updated first-aid and CPR certification
- Must be able to fluently read, write, and understand English and Spanish
- Must have proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
