Our Staff

Andreina Sotillo, Center Director at Rayito de Sol since 2019, brings more than 15 years of experience working with children in a variety of roles, from summer camps and preschool programs to serving as an au pair. She holds her international Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and an associate degree with High Honors in Child Development. Over the years, she has grown from Assistant Teacher to Center Director, playing a key role in the expansion of Rayito’s programs. Andreina is passionate about fostering collaboration and trust with families while creating a warm, nurturing environment where children thrive.
